Excellent proximity to the Eiffel Tower.

My stay was incredibly disappointing. Our room was cramped and had cleanliness issues, including hairs in the sink and noticeable sound from outside. Additionally, the breakfast was limited to just cereals and croissants, which hardly justified the extra cost.

However, the remodeling in progress left some areas feeling incomplete, and the tiny elevator could use an upgrade. Despite these minor issues, the location was ideal, just a short walk from major attractions and local eateries.

The charming decor of Derby Eiffel was delightful, with inviting common areas that made me feel comfortable and at home. It was especially nice to easily navigate the space, which was accommodating for seniors like me.

Couples seeking an inexpensive stay

We had a surprise room upgrade for my wife's birthday which had a stunning view of the city you wouldn’t believe! The staff was always friendly and even remembered our names, made us feel special, not some faceless tourists.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

This place is a solid selection for a little getaway in Paris with exceptional value. It was magical waking up to views of the Eiffel Tower from our room every morning. Make sure to enjoy the quick stroll to the nearby Metro station.
